Once approved, we send your digital lease, collect the security deposit, and confirm your move-in details and keys.

Applications move fastest when everything is uploaded at the start.
- Photo ID for every applicant age 19 or older
- Proof of income, such as pay stubs, an employment letter, or a tax return
- Landlord references from the last two years
- Consent for a credit and background check
