Schedule a showing online through our website or contact us to arrange a time. We'll confirm quickly and answer your questions.
Apply online
Submit one application with your ID, income proof, references and consent for a credit check. One application gives you access to every Coastal Realty home.
Screening & approval
We verify income, rental history, employment and credit. Approval typically takes 1 to 2 business days once all documents are received.
Sign and move in
Sign your lease digitally, pay the security deposit and first month's rent, and pick up your keys on move-in day.

- Photo ID for all applicants 19+
- Proof of income (pay stubs, employment letter or tax returns)
- Landlord references from the last 2 years
