When rent is due
Rent is due on the 1st of each month, per your tenancy agreement. Setting up a recurring payment for the last days of the prior month keeps you safely on time.
How to pay
Most residents pay by pre-authorized debit arranged at move-in. To update your banking details or switch payment method, contact your property team and we'll send a new authorization form.
If you're short this month
Talk to us before the due date. Early conversations give everyone more options. Call (604) 621-6870 or send a message through the inquiry form and we'll work through it together.
